Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing and/or submitting sites to Directory 99 you agree to the following terms.

Directory 99 provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated from time to time without notice. You are encouraged to check back frequently, as our Terms of Service may change.

Description of Services

Directory 99 is a professional human-edited global directory that provides an organized structure of human reviewed listings into relevant categories. Directory 99 offers paid inclusion and sponsorship opportunities.

Privacy Policy

Email addresses and other information about your site are used only as a contact medium for the Directory 99 editors. Your information is not passed or sold to any third parties and all information is only used between Directory 99 directory editors and contacts of submitted sites.

Submission Payments

Directory 99 submissions are reviewed by a human editor for inclusion into the directory.  By submitting a URL you acknowledge that the submission payment is for consideration of that URL for inclusion into Directory 99, and in no way does payment or acceptance of payment guarantee inclusion in Directory 99. Submission payment is non-refundable.

Minimum Site Listing Criteria

Directory 99 editors will not accept the following:

1. Site must not contain any parts under construction;
2. Sites must be in the English language (or have an English version available);
3. Site must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
4. Sites that use redirects to another URL;
5. Sites that include, constitute, or promote illegal content;
6. No sites containing content such as; drugs, warfare, terrorism, porn or illegal activity;
7. Sites that are "mirror sites." "Mirror sites" contain identical content, but different URL's
8. Sites that contain mainly affiliate links or are doorways sites to e-commerce affiliates.

Please note: If your URL is found to be ineligible for listing, it will be deleted from the index and NO refund issued.

Removing & Editing Listings

Directory 99 editors reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your directory listing (or any part thereof) with or without notice. This includes submission titles, descriptions and keywords. Directory 99 editors reserve the right to move a submission from one category to another as the editorial staff sees fit. You agree that Directory 99 shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of your directory listing.

Use of Service

You agree that you will not use Directory 99 information obtained through the service (including without limitation, directory listings or related information):

1. For incorporation into a commercial product or service.
2. To download directory listings, category structure or other information by using any type of automated or manual means.
3. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

All Material found on this site including directory category structure, site listings, and descriptions may not be used or reproduced in any way for any use without express written consent of the Directory & Search Network - We actively pursue any breaches of copyright.

Reference herein to any products, services, processes, hypertext links to third parties or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply its endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by Directory 99 and/or the Directory & Search Network. Product and service information is the sole responsibility of each individual vendor.
